Fast Track and BetConstruct announce their CRM collaboration.
In order to improve player engagement in the iGaming sector, BetConstruct and Fast Track have partnered to combine their technologies.
Through this partnership, operators of BetConstruct may make use of Fast Track's AI-powered CRM technology, which provides real-time data access and customised player experiences.
Since this is the first time BetConstruct has integrated a third-party CRM application, the integration represents a new development.
Fast Track CRM, the company's core tool, uses real-time data to provide targeted advertising and customised player journeys by integrating with gaming platforms, distribution channels, and bonus engines.
The integration seeks to shorten time to market and maximise player engagement tactics. According to reports, BetConstruct operators would receive access to real-time data for data-driven decision-making and enjoy a simplified onboarding process.
The Singularity Model from Fast Track, an AI-powered system that analyses player behaviour in real-time and provides tailored content, lies at the heart of this integration.
Gegham Yegoryan, CPO of BetConstruct, "This partnership is more than a collaboration; it's a fusion of strengths, bringing together BetConstruct's comprehensive gaming and betting solutions with Fast Track's unparalleled expertise in player engagement and retention."
"Joining forces with BetConstruct represents a significant leap forward in our mission to digitalise the iGaming industry," said Simon Lidzén, CEO and co-founder of Fast Track. By working together, we can create a gaming experience that is not just entertaining but also highly engaging, customised, and, most importantly, focused on the individual.
In order to broaden the audience for its social slot streaming network, BetConstruct teamed up with Livespins in May 2024. This allowed BetConstruct's operator partners to access Livespins' product.
Furthermore, BetConstruct partnered with Flutter in February 2024 to incorporate its games into Betfair International, expanding its presence in more than 20 regulated markets.
