Following its success in Italy, RubyPlay extends its collaboration with PokerStars into Spain and Romania.
RubyPlay, an iGaming company based in Malta, has extended its collaboration with Flutter Entertainment's PokerStars brand.
The expansion entails the introduction of RubyPlay's game catalogue in Romanian and Spanish regulated marketplaces.
This comes after RubyPlay's games were successfully launched in Italy, where player retention and engagement exceeded expectations.
As part of the expanded partnership, RubyPlay will develop four games for PokerStars. Among Italian players, Yo Ho Ho, the first title, showed excellent performance.
"We are thrilled to be extending our partnership with PokerStars and bringing our fruitful partnership into Spain and Romania," stated Dr. Eyal Loz, CPO of RubyPlay. Our main goal is expansion, and we are excited to present our varied slot content to new players who are insatiably thirsty for fun games.
"We look forward to more success together and thank PokerStars for providing us with a platform to showcase our dynamic, forward-thinking content."
Olga Sirokha's appointment as RubyPlay's Director of Partnerships complements the company's initiatives to fortify ties with current partners and investigate new contracts with operators in strategically important regulated areas. Sirokha has more than twenty years of experience in the gaming industry, namely in the land-based casino market in Latin America.
RubyPlay's deal with PokerStars comes after other noteworthy alliances like Reevo and NetBet Italy. In an effort to strengthen RubyPlay's position in the Italian industry, these collaborations helped incorporate more than 80 video slot games into several platforms.
Simultaneously, Playson, a provider of digital entertainment, partnered with PokerStars to provide games through Relax Gaming in several territories.
With plans to deliver material in Spain and Ontario soon, Playson's expansion strategy involves entering online casino operators across the globe, beginning with the UK and other regulated markets for PokerStars.
