It is confirmed that Betano sponsors Aston Villa.
In a long-term deal agreed by Aston Villa and Kaizen Gaming, Betano will take over as the club's new primary and front-of-shirt partner.
According to media reports last month, Betano would be paying £20 million ($24.7 million) a year for two years starting with the upcoming season, making this the largest front-of-shirt sponsorship in Villa's history.
The two-year arrangement has already been formalised, and starting with the upcoming season, the Betano logo will appear on the front of Villa's men's team shirts.
This agreement comes after Premier League teams decided to ban sponsors of front-of-shirt gambling at the conclusion of the 2025–2026 season, which would coincide with the expiration of this new agreement. It is obvious that Aston Villa is taking advantage of the chance to earn this additional money prior to the ban taking effect.
Chris Heck, President of Business Operations at Aston Villa, stated: "We are thrilled to announce Betano as our new major partner. Their commitment to ethical gambling, innovation, and customer happiness is exactly in line with the principles that our club upholds.
"Betano and Aston Villa are dedicated to quality, and we anticipate having tremendous success together both on and off the ground. For all of our organisations, this partnership represents an exciting new phase.
"Aston Villa supporters have a lot to be proud of in the Club's long and illustrious 150-year history," continued George Daskalakis, co-founder and CEO of Kaizen Gaming. The Villans are among the most fearsome teams in world football today because of their unwavering zeal on the pitch, which is matched by amazing players and management who are leading the club to triumph.
"Betono's own development and ongoing achievements are matched by Aston Villa's incredible on-field success in the Premier League and their return to European football."
This information follows the announcement made earlier this month that Betano will launch in the UK via BVGroup.
