Vegas Infinite by PokerStars makes its PlayStation 5 debut.
With the goal of reaching more console users, PokerStars' social casino videogame Vegas Infinite has made its official PlayStation 5 (PS5) debut.
With the addition of Vegas Infinite to PlayStation, console owners will have access to the company's selection of slot machines, tournament games, and table games. They will also have the opportunity to compete against gamers over the whole PlayStation network.
The PS5 version of Vegas Infinite offers a variety of immersive locations for the player to choose from, despite PokerStars and PlayStation stating that no headgear is necessary. There are backgrounds available such as the Galactic Space Station, Macau 2050, Showdown Saloon, and private rooms.
Launching on PS5 gives Vegas Infinite a new audience of console gamers and allows everyone to join our community regardless of their preferred platform, stated James O'Reilly, Director of Disruptive Innovation at PokerStars. I'm really pleased with the outcome of the arduous work we've been doing to revamp our game for the console with our development colleagues at Lucky VR.
"We've fully utilised the PlayStation 5's enormous capability to highlight the richness and depth of our locations, and the controls are simple to use. The multiplayer gameplay is also engaging and dynamic. I'm eager to have our players investigate them.
In an effort to strengthen its position in the European market, PokerStars partnered with Gaming Corps, Playson, and RubyPlay in Spain, Romania, and Italy just in January of 2024. It recently signed an agreement with 1X2 Network in an effort to strengthen the UK-based provider's position in the US market.
